Focus Camera - Magento

Product came with 30 day warranty. Product failed. Attempted to contact customer service and forced to leave message. Message wasn't returned. Contacted again and finally got person but warranty now void because it was past 30 days.

Ordered two Sony alarm clocks to the tune of $37 total to replace ones we recently lost in a power surge. A week later, we receive a box containing two very nice Bose 35 wireless headphones instead. Being raised to always try and do the right thing, we returned the $700+ dollars worth of headphones that we could have kept and sold with no one knowing any difference, and were rewarded with a terse reply that if the Sony clock radios were re-ordered, it would take another week to get them. Not even an offer to overnight them or 2nd day mail for our trouble. Thanks for nothing, except a lousy experience, and one that I will surely not repeat with your company again.

Very piss off package received was wrong color and everything

It will cost me more to return the item than the item initially cost. The description was misleading and I shouldn't have to pay for the return shipping.
