Return policy is bull

When purchasing my item I thought I was purchasing from Walmart. After purchase was made I was notified that purchase was not from Walmart and if I wanted to return the item I would have to pay shipping and the return shipping. Never saw any of is before submitting my order. Sorry but I will not recommend Walmart or Focus.

I purchase a camera and a kit and parts of the kit are missing !

They will not take pictures right 2 days of rain got wet inside and Not a real good camera

I was not pleased because their website would not take my order, and more displeased I had to call them several times to buy a camera. Their phone menu sucks as you get nowhere , and then when order was finally placed I got no Invoice, neither by email nor in package, and had to call again; some of their reps are less than friendly and annoyed with me, and now that my camera is not right I expect a hassle over their strict return policies.
