Focus Camera - Magento

I wasted $10 in return shipping of defective product. With repeated request, they did not offer refund for my return shipping.

Item I ordered was delivered in wrong color. Requested refund, was told they must receive my item back so they can figure out why I got wrong item before they re-ship the right item in the right color. In today's world of eCommerce that seems pretty poor customer service that they wouldn't immediately ship the correct item while the incorrect item is in transit back to them. This will needlessly delay successfully finishing my order by at least a week.

Buy the machine, Brother ScanNCut2 Home and Hobby Cutting Machine with Rhinestone Trial Kit which had certain characteristics that I liked in the video where the product is described, but they told me that in the video they promote another model, and I finished by accepting that the purchase was already made and I had no other option. After all I like to do crafts. The other problem was that it did not come complete, Mrs. Felicity told me she would send me what was missing, I was excited to wait for this and when I got what was missing, I opened it and tried to activate the card in my ScanNcut account, but that does not work card. I sent a message to the lady who attended me, and I still await her response. The worst of all is that I just realized that what they sent me is another brand and not Brother Brand. Very disappointed, now I do not know what to do.

I sent this camera back for a refund, and reordered another one.

Placed an order on December 9th. Mistake with order where I was charged but nothing was sent. Called to fix it a couple of days later. Here it's December 23rd still with no package, and I never received a tracking number AND my request for any information on how long it will take was ignored. This sucks.
