Box and boxes of products were damaged

Price and shipping speed was fine, comparable to anywhere else. However, when I found my new camera was missing a part, they just told me to contact the manufacturer. Thanks for all the help, there. Next time I'll order direct and skip the middle man.

There is only 5 day window to return, Unacceptable.

Although they replaced the coffee maker I had to pay shipping of $44 to return it. It was not my fault that the machine would not work. It never even made one cup of coffee. I don't think that this is a fair policy.

Computer did not have the 15 pin receptor for my Monitor. Was not able to use the computer. :(
