Focus Camera - Magento

I ordered a Mic from here then I cancelled my order. It took about 3 days for them to respond to my email. They cancelled my order and now its been three more days without a refund in my account. Hopefully it'll be here by tomorrow, but just return wise these people are slugs (slow)

Ordered 4 sets of headphones. 2 for Android, 2 for Iphone. Received 3 for iphone and 1 for android. Called and asked for shipping label to return incorrect one and to have correct one sent out. Was advised that the correct one would be sent and that i could keep the incorrect one. Great customer service response. If i receive the correct one, i will change my rating to 5 stars PLUS.

I ordered a fast speed 32G memory card but received a low speed one. Filed a complain got refund and I ordered another one. Waste my time and your money.

Like the product fine, however shipping was slow, it did finally get here. When I called customer service, they were nice, but didn't seem to know what happened to the shipping. Could have been the Christmas rush.
