Focus Camera - Magento

It took 2 weeks to get my item when it was supposed to take 5-7 days. I tried calling on a Friday afternoon around 1pm to check on why it was taking so long, and the store was closed till Monday.

I contacted support for a resolution on a problem and have yet received a response after a few days

The ordering process was good, no issues. Lacking shipping updates via email, provide tracking number would help. Password reset was, is difficult

I placed an order through Wal-mart for your company. The item was shipped from Champion Sports. We received only the center pole to a ball rack. It was frustrating trying to get it corrected. I have now received a mailing label to send back the center pole and to get the complete order for the teacher. The teacher has been very patient in waiting for the item. I just felt like I was being shifted from one place to another just to get the problem corrected. We still do not have the item we ordered but hopefully will receive it soon. We are mailing the center pole back to your company today with a pre-printed lable. Thank you for asking.
