Focus Camera - Magento

Shipping was a bit slow and the order was incomplete. But after contacting Focus Camera, they sent the items left out. Great customer service response time and very nice associates.

Very responsive in terms of responding to emails. Product arrived within time frame given and in good condition.

I bought an refurbish computer from focus camera and tried setting it up out of the box and there was a major problem with the computer and I was on the phone with HP for a few hours trying resolve the issues. We came to the conclusion that the computer should go bab because it was a lemon. I sent an email to return it and they said no, so I called them at focus and worked it out and they accepted the return it was a little bit of a fight but they did work with me. Just waiting for the refund, I didn't have to get the credit card company or amazon involved.

I feel I didn't get a fair enough refund because the customer service rep was unable to see how the back of the record player was busted through and had to be resoldered. I only got a $10 discount and had to spend more than that to fix it..and I can get $25 for sharing this....doesn't make sense

I had a problem with a MP-3 player and they offered to credit my account after I had an issue with the replacement.
