Asked a question and received an answer promptly.

I had to contact CS because I ordered a Panasonic GX85 package but received a Panasonic HC-V180 camcorder instead. Obviously, this is a major problem as I paid for a much more expensive camera than the one I actually received. Customer service was quick to respond to my issue and was apologetic. Unfortunately they could not offer me any concession other than simply a return, thus I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5. Overall I'm pretty happy with customer service and how they handled this situation, but unhappy that the problem occurred in the first place. It seems to me SOMEONE at Focus Camera along the order/shipping pipeline did this on purpose and this was no simple mistake.

The people I spoke with on the phone were professional and easy to work with. I UPS'd a 5D-3 body, a Canon lens, and a speedlite to Focus Camera for trade in. I noted when this equipment was received and waited to be contacted. After close to a week with no word from Focus I called their trade in department and spoke with Ralph and completed purchase of the 5D Mark IV. My comment is that I expected Focus Camera to be more proactive in contacting me. The camera arrived promptly via UPS, however, there was no invoice or other purchase documentation included. I called customer service and the invoice was email'd to me. Shouldn't I have been routinely provided an invoice ? Overall I was pleased with the buying experience and wouldn't hesitate to make future purchases.

My camera kit had two of the same lens and a simple phone call straighten out the mix-up. Your service people are shipping me the correct lens without a hassle and it made shopping with you an "easy" transaction. Thanks,
