Focus Camera - Magento

I recently returned my item because I ordered the wrong one, customer service promptly got back to me on how to return it, only thing I was a little upset about was having to pay the shipping back, because I got the record player and speaker bundle it's s bit heavy but other than that customer service was really helpful in answering any questions I've had!

I found this product has a great price - Smith Optics Scope Goggle (Fire Frame/Red Sensor Mirror Lens), still waiting for the product that I ordered on 2/10/17, the shipping is kind of slow. Took 3 days to see the package has picked by UPS. Now the package is in NJ UPS facility, don't know when I will receive in CA.

I bought two browning strike force "Manufacturer refurbished" from focus on eBay. One camera seems to be working fine, but the other one did not take any pictures! I sent a mail on eBay, but got no reply (otherwise it would be 5 stars). So I sent a request to focus customer support on their main site. There I got a reply and good help from Felecity who gave me a refund on the faulty camera :) Would use them again and have already placed a new order!

Quick fulfillment; value and 'extras;' and, refund approval. Disappointed in having to wait almost 3 weeks for my credit card credit after the product was returned.

Reached out the CS team for a coupon question via email. The email was responded by the 2nd day.
