The products were a good price. the order came in 2 parts which they didn't notify me of and the support person i contacted didn't seem to be able to find the record of it so i finally called and that person told me that the second part of the order had shipped and i got that a couple of days after the first. If it had'n been for there own internal tracking omission i would have given them 5 stars. Panasonic ear phones seem to give the most quality for the price. I bought 3 different kinds.

I received my camera pretty quickly. I was able to pull the batteries out and charge them so I could use the camera later that evening. The camera is very easy to hold and shoots clear pics during a sporting event I attended. The only thing I was disappointed about was that the description said a LED flash would be included. I called customer care and they just said that they didn't even carry this LED flash and I must have been a typo. Other than that I'm very pleased with my purchase!!

Customer service representatives were very patient and helpful. They were very nice and it made the situation easier to work out. Return procedures, however, are unsatisfactory.
