The only draw back was your email was a little less warm but you sent what I ordered, you expedited it because of the delays with the weather, and it arrived earlier than expected. Thank you so much. I think I got a good deal getting a 2-pack for $17. However, the description said it was color film making think that the borders of the film were in color so that was a little misleading because the film comes in color anyway unless you specifically order it in black and white. So, better a better word choice for products will be good in the future.

I had ordered a specific item and had the wrong item shipped to me. Apparently the item listed on the website was not available. Customer service offered to credit me some of the cost, which was satisfactory.
