Phones are great! Just that the picture on your website and what I received there is a difference. The phones on your website shows that I can use it as cordless and also has a phone with a cord to connect. What I got it does not have the cord to connect and there is no connection on the main set. It is the same number as what I ordered. Thank you.

Focuscamera.com has excellent customer service! my daughter’s Boogie Board (which she loves btw) stopped working after a few weeks. I contacted focuscamera and they promptly sent me a new Boogie Board at no charge to me and told me there was no need to return the defective one, so I didn’t have to go through the hassle of going to the postoffice to return it. I was very happy. And my daughter has her new board now and is very happy!:)
