Although the HDS Trading OV10869 Oil and Vinegar Bottle Glass Finish that I ordered from Focus Camera was not ideal, when I contacted them, the matter was dealt with pleasantly and efficiently. I was very pleased with the experience and will shop with them again.

I purchased an item on their Ebay store. The item didn't work and after replacing the product twice, both times paying for the shipping back to them, I requested a refund since the product didn't meet my needs. They offered me a refund without question. That is quality Customer Service, I'll come back again.
