Focus Camera - Magento

Very timely delivery and great customer service!

I just received a new point and shoot camera for my wife. The camera is a Christmas present so it will still be a few weeks until she see's it, and uses it. The ordering process was easy, and the camera showed up within a few days.

I contacted Focus Camera customer service after having problems using the coupon code that was sent to me in return for reviewing an item I bought from the online store. Customer service spent a bit of time and communicated about the situation with me until they got the problem fixed. I finally got to use the coupon code on a new order and am waiting for it to arrive (shipping takes a while) but I expect there will be no problems with the item's shipping (keeping my fingers crossed).

We have been very happy with their shipping and exchange policies. One of the best. If only all online shopping worked this way!
