Focus Camera - Magento

I had an issue with shipping my order so I emailed customer service and they got right back to me and fixed the problem.

When I ask a question, I expect an answer promptly - no matter if I like the answer. Focus has continually answered my questions promptly and professionally.

I was recommended to you by friend. I found that your website was extremely easy to use, quick, accurate, and you fulfill your orders almost immediately. I contacted customer service and they were very responsive. Please correct your hours of operation as they are incorrectly listed in your email.

Bought The Nikon D3400 evening of black Friday and was shipped to my door by the following Monday. Their price was comparable to others for the bundle. the items in the bundle are Nikon camera and lenses but the others are other brands like vivitar however it is a good bundle for beginner to intermediate for dslr cameras. The off branded items seem to be of decent quality. I however did not receive the 3 lens filter pack. I emailed the customer service who asked 2 questions and shipped them right out (3 emails and great work Felicity should get them by Christmas for my wife). for price and customer service I would buy from Focus Camera again.

Very pleased with the speed of processing. Need to update customers after order is submitted. Never got an email when shipped
