Customer service was excellent ! Quick response to item that stopped tracking when shipped, new shipment sent out and arrived in 2 days. Making for a happy Christmas at this house!

Service was good. Had a question on Focus Camera replied promptly. Sound quality is excellent. A little tight on my head, but I assume that they will loosen up with time. Would recommend, especially for the price point.

After Black Friday I ordered a Lumix G7 bundle on Walmart's online site. It was posted at a very attractive price. After noticing that it would be fulfilled by Focus Camera, I went to your site to see if you had the same offer. You had a similar offer at a little higher cost. When I placed the order on your site the price went up by $300 in my cart, so I called customer service and was told you could not honor the old price as it was a loss leader and no longer being offered. So, I ordered the offer from Walmart and you fulfilled it! I was surprised as the day after I ordered it, Walmart increased the price online by $300. You went beyond giving excellent customer service by fulfilling my order. I am very grateful for this as I could not afford the higher price and need this camera to replace my, no broken, Lumix G6. I will get years of pleasure from this camera and will never forget your decision to ship at the lower price. Thank you...All of my future camera needs will go to your store. Ron
