I still haven't heard anything concerning my camera feeling very upset

I'm extremely satisfied with the customer service. All my questions were answered.

Bought item on eBay. It was defective. They sent a prepaid shipping label. I returned item and they gave a full refund. The CS rep was very helpful and nice to work with.

I ordered Sony A6000 camera from focus camera on ebay. The shipment got delayed by 2 days but after I received the package I had few questions around the product which were resolved quickly. Even focus camera kindly agreed to refund me extra amount when the same product price got reduced even before I got the package. One product was missing from the package which they promptly dispatched soon after I informed them

Ordered Xbox one game, from internet, that went smoothly. Got the game on time, but it was the wrong game. Called website, got the email address of this company. I emailed them a few minutes later. Got an immediate response, with detailed instructions, on how to get correct game and send the wrong game back. They paid for shipping, it was a very quick and easy transaction for using the email instead of a phone call. Thank you!
