The service was great in resolving my lost package issue. Very timely and was sent a replacement quickly.

WORKED OK FOR ABOUT A WEEK. HAD RANDOM FLASH FAILURES. CONTINUED TO GET WORSE. FOCUS SENT SHIPPING LABEL TO RETURN AT NO COST AND GAVE OPTION FOR REFUND OR REPLACE. I ACCEPTED REPLACEMENT CAMERA. THIS CAMERA WAS ALSO FAULTY.

Customer service was very helpful. I received a confirmation credit today. Thank you.

The customer service was excellent, however, the replacement watch arrived with a dead battery as well.....

Small problem, but quickly corrected !
