Focus Camera - Magento

My package arrived damaged and Focus Camera answered me right away and arranged the pick up from the shipping agent. I am very pleased with the fast service. It was not their fault it was damaged.

Focus Camera has the best customer service I've come across buying online. They did not give me a problem when I cancelled my order. They Immediately refunded my money. They notified me immediately with what they were ready to do and did it. I will definitely do business with them in the future and would urge others to feel comfortable doing business with them as well. J Simonetti

I unfortunately had to ask for a cancelation and refund and the customer service team was very helpful and quickly had my money back within a day!

The item was purchased from Walmart online, via Market Place vendor aSaver. When the package arrived, it did not include a return shipping label or instructions for returning the item. aSaver was prompt in responding to my request for return information, providing me with the return address and code; however, I am disappointed that I will have to pay for the return shipping cost.

Never used the camera. My old Fuji was returned repaired.
