Focus Camera - Magento

I called customer service because I was missing an item from my package. The gentleman I spoke with found my order and immediately processed the missing items. I definitely plan on buying from Focus.

I called customer service on 12/23/16 to inquire as to why my order hadn't arrived. The info on a Walmart website had promised delivery by 12/21. After I called, they informed me that they weren't responsible for the info on the website. I accepted that explanation. I just wanted to make the party responsible. They were polite and helpful. I thank them for clearing that up.

I have a defective product and was contacting you about returning it. No one has responded yet. I started my communication on Dec 26. How should I go about getting the product replaced or refunded?

I purchased a camera kit for a Christmas gift. The team at Focus did everything including using second-day shipping at no extra charge to be sure it would arrive on time. The memory card did not work and it was immediately replaced.

Ordered a camera with kit. Kit contained more than I had counted on, and arrived via Big Brown a day earlier than expected. I couln't be happier with my purchase, and focus' service. I will look to focus without reservation for all my photographic needs in the future. Thank you focuscamera...and Happy New Year!
