Very fast response time not so fast at filling and sending out the order.

This was my first time shopping with Focus camera. The web site was easy to search,find what I wanted and order. The description of the product was clear. I then had an occasion to speak with a service representative who was knowledgeable, patient , and efficient. He helped me with my problem.Thank you , I will use your site again.

Focus' customer service was professional, courteous and service focused. They solved my issues promptly and I came away with a very positive impression of the entire organization. I will definitely be shopping with them in the future!

I sent a message to the customer service team in regards to shipping method/times. Though I believe you guys should seek out better shipping contracts (fedex expedited services are costly, and the normal home service is too slow), the customer service team got back to me in a timely manner, and punctuality is everything in customer service.

I bought the Zuca Flyer Photo bundle, which was supposed to come with the frame, photo insert, as well as the normal travel inserts. The bag arrived in great shape but without the travel inserts. I called Focus and spoke with Darnell who promised to look into it and call me back and email me. To my surprise, I did get a call back. I also got an email. And they came relatively quickly -- the next day. About a week later, I had the missing pieces. I was primed for a support nightmare based on what I'd read, but my experience couldn't be more different than the ones I read about. Darnell was polite and above all helpful.
