I had a problem with a computer that I bought from Focus Camera through Amazon. The computer started to have problems so I called HP. HP wanted me to pay $100 to fix it even though it was still under warranty and they wouldn't even guarantee they could fix it. So I called Amazon and they put me in touch with Focus Camera, they said no problem just send it back, a few days later they said that they were very sorry but couldn't fix or find a replacement and gave me my money back. I don't trust HP but Focus Camera is a company that really cares about their customers.
