Focus Camera - Magento

Generally, returning something online is a hassle. So I use PayPal just in case. Focus Camera responded and credited my account before PayPal needed to step in and help. That's customer service..!!

Excellent customer service. Very fast and simple, even provide return shipping label for ease of shipping back. Will recommend to friends and family.

Because the item was still under warranty, I was told to contact the manufacturer direct. After a wait for customer service, my problem may be solved. Until I get the replacement, this is all I can say.
