I had a problem with a gift card being issued in the wrong amount. I emailed customer service and they took care of it super fast! Would definitely recommend and will definitely purchase from focus again!

Mailed them back to the address provided by the amazing customer service rep- on 3/4/17 - the USPS has lost them so I am out the 169.00 for the albums- unless they are found.

Hey Focus Camera I'm not sure how far this email will go but I just wanted to drop you guys a short note and express how impressed I am with your overall sales and service. I was in the market for a new hunting/fishing backpack (obviously not an item that you're most likely known for) and settled on the Tenzing TZ 2220. The manufacturer's website is selling it for $219.99 and the best deal that I found on Amazon was $209. Then I just happened to come across your posting, advertising the exact same backpack for $149!I have to admit, I was a bit hesitant making the purchase, thinking something has to change and in fact, it did BUT for the better! I found out that both tax and shipping were included. Wow! My order shipped right on time arrived within a few days and the backpack is perfect. Whatever you folks are doing, keep it up and regardless of what I'm shopping for I'll always check in with you first to see if you're carrying it!

Was called back the same day, and the representative from customer service was very helpful and friendly. I was pleased with the service I got.
