Someone droped the ball on my return of trail camera. Had to call & remind co. about my return,but the lady i talked to took VERY GOOD CARE OF ME & SET UP THE return. Her cooperation was un matched..VERY GOOD.

Received my Olympus OMD E-M5-Mark ll bundle in 2 days in perfect condition. Contents were as described on Amazon and this camera is perfect for my needs. The manual is skimpy but that is the fault of Olympus, not Focus. Several good books available which will educate you about the many features of this camera. Thanks again to the people at Focus for this fine bundle--saved me significant $$.
