Very happy. Their customer service helped me with an shipping issue. I was impressed. I would definitely buy from them again.

After several phone calls about not receiving a tripod, the lens bag not large enough for the lens and the hand grip holder not having a fastener, I was given a 4.99 adjustment for the bag, the tripod finally came, a tiny little thing, and no fastener yet for the hand grip . I was going to order another lens but I will not do business with a company that misrepresents its merchandise.

After much trouble, calling eBay,PayPal, UPS, credit card company, twice and filing a police report for the item that I never received and was probably stolen off my porch, focus camera was kind enough to resend the item and was very understanding of the situation. I received this item in two days. The customer rep was very understanding and very helpful. I would have no trouble doing business with this company again.
