Purchase, Product issue, Return

Love that Focus uses PayPal. Purchased an item that ended up having issues. Notified Focus of the problems and requested a refund. They returned correspondence and supplied a return shipping label. After watching the shipping of the return... 2 days after delivery the money was back in my account. The whole process could not have been any easier or faster. Thank you Focus. Great customer service!
