Focus Camera - Magento

Bundle arrived missing item. Contact customer service and explained my pending deadline and my need for the item. Was told it would ship "shortly". Item did not arrive in time for my deadline, no further correspondence from CS. Bought missing item from BestBuy, which is where I should have gone in the first place. Will not purchase equipment from or recommend Focus in the future.

NO MY ISSUES HAS NOT BEND FIX. I WANT TO RETURN AN ITEM.

The item shown was canon 1D-X but focus camera was about to ship me an SL1, thank god I canceled it at the last minute. I thought it was refurbished and I am getting a great deal on my dream camera. Never buy from Rakuten again or from its associated stores. The customer service guy who spoke to me from focus camera had a honors degree in rudeness, lol. Special thanks to him.

I reviewed the nice product I ordered from you with a promise of a $20 gift card via an email offer. I further shared the information on my G+ page. I waited expectedly, and when I inquired, I was asked for an order number. I do not have that information but returned a copy of the email received with no response from you. Should I also share my customer service experience as the item is a pleasure, this experience is not.

i never recived my 200$ amplifier that i ordered. and ups has not called me yet to let me know what is going on. im quite upset that i have not gotten my money back or the item that i ordered.
