Focus Camera - Magento

Thanks to Malcolm Barbee, the customer service rep with whom I spoke, I will never purchase another item from your company. He was arrogant and crass. I have returned the item I bought with a two page explanation of my experience. You can keep the $10.00.

I got the wrong camera

I purchased a HP laptop in the advertisement it said it was a touch screen. When the laptop arrived the only way to find out if it was a touch screen was to try to use it. This means I had to enter the startup information to use the laptop. Once I did this I found that the laptop was not a touchscreen. I contacted HP support and they had me go to settings and under about it stated clearly it was not a touchscreen. Because I was updating an older laptop I wanted this feature and was not happy to find I was fooled into this purchase. I contacted the people at Focus camera to return the laptop right away and they responded with an automated email asking for information. I gave them what information I had in response and they sent another automated email that was requesting the same thing exactly. When I told them there was nothing wrong with the laptop other then it was not what I paid for they sent another automated email asking once again for the exact same information that I had already sent. I finally said to them if they were not going to send me a return label for the laptop that I would contact my credit card to have them dispute the charge. They once again sent me an automated reply asking for the same information. I then contacted my credit card to dispute the charge and that is the first time Focus Camera had a person reply to me. Too late in my book and I would never shop with them again. Oh and just as a topper they stated that I changed my mind for the reason for the return to Walmart .com and that was a lie as I wanted the touchscreen laptop and I am using a new laptop right now that has a touchscreen. I would tell everyone to steer clear of Focus Camera either on their web site or on Walmart .com NEVER NEVER NEVER SHOP WITH THEM AGAIN!

They cancelled my order after almost a week! Don't shop here!
