Focus Camera - Magento

Ordered item and delivered 5 days after confirmed delivery date, delivered to someome else and upon return in mint condition and one item in still pack and followed all instructions on return but charged unnecessary fees. Very rude agents who doesn't care helping customer but making extra money where they can, upon asking to speak to manager 3 times, transferred to a lady (don't remember the name) and later Anthony twice and left boice mails, email and call back number never got a call back. You should not buy at focus camera, you can buy at other places for cheaper rate, faster delivery and great customer service. Beware of this frauds!!!!

I purchased a pair of headphones online for a price that was about $40 less than what other online retailers sell them for. Seemed like a good deal, purchased them and excitedly waited. Wrong product shows up; same brand but a much lesser product. The contact begins, back and forth for 3 weeks, finally got them to state they would send me the product I ordered once they received the incorrect product. However, once they received the incorrect product, they refunded the money and the case was closed, they are no longer interested in helping. The product I originally ordered is still being listed on the site at the same price I paid, which is a little frustrating. They are either very unorganized or use a bait and switch tactic that sometimes works, either way, I would highly recommend not doing any kind of online business with them.

I informed the company of a wrong address within one minute of placing the order. Focus sent me an email two days later thanking me for the order. No phone customer services, only email.

Was never even contacted!!! Worst company i ever dealt with!!

I ordered some expensive headphones that were on sale. Generally $500 but got them for $240. At first thy sent me the wrong pair. Mind you customer service was friendly and nice but didn't really do much to help me. I am currently still waiting for them to ship me my correct order a week later and will have to wait till possibly the next week because of a religious holiday, I wanted these headphones to give to my nephew for his birthday but now I have to wait till after and disappoint him sadly.
