Focus Camera - Magento

Thank you for the opportunity to give feedback. So far the customer service team has done nothing as far as I can tell to address the email I sent you. I entered used camera information for consideration for purchase by you and still have not heard back from anyone at your business.

contacted twice to return product but no response

I sent an email to Focus. I told them about the open box and seal broke on a new phone. They asked if it was like that when I got it. I replied yes. Of course it was or I would not have wrote them. Silly question. But I responded yes it was. Then nothing. I am going to return. I do not feel confident in this company.

Customer service was unhelpful at best

I was sold a lemon and focus is not helping
