I didn't know you had a cust service dept I sent 2 emails and no one answered

At this time the issue has not been resolved. Still waiting for an answer.

Most painful eBay purchase ever. Between FC, UPS and USPS no one can explain to me where my $100 package is. Oh , and to top it off... in order to get another sent out or a refund I have to go thru a long process of forms and investigations and time frames! This place sucks!!

I sent a email about the film that would not devolp and have not receive no reply back

Ordered through Walmart. Tried to cancel cause wrong camera. Apparently had already shipped. It had been less than 4 hrs. finally got a response from Customer Service. Gave me an Email w/ an RA had to be returned within 5 days of RA. that was 5 days ago and I still haven't received camera. Oh....15% restocking fee if unopened in original packaging and must pay return shipping! Not Happy.
