Focus Camera - Magento

I ORDED THE BROTHERS SCAN AND CUT FROM YOUR EBAY PAGE I DID NOT GET ALL THAT WAS SUPPOSE TO COME WITH IT. I HAD TO CALL 5 TIMES BEFORE I REACHED SCOTT WHO FINALLY SENT ME THE ADDITIONAL ITEMS I PAID FOR. I HAD ALL KINDS OF PROMISES I LEFT 4 MESSAGES WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER MS. PEREZ SHE NEVER RETURNED MY CALL... DON'T SEND ME THE $10 OFF I WON'T EVER ORDER FROM YOU AGAIN.. I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED SO POORLY BY ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPT. YOU ALL SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF EVEN CALLING YOURSELF CUSTOMER SERVICE... NO SUCH THING IN YOUR COMPANY

Product purchase was supposed to include 75$ gift card for black Friday deal. Reached out to customer service about how to receive card after my purchase and they said it would arrive with my camera purchase. Gift card did not arrive with camera purchase so I contacted customer service again. No apology was given and they stated it would be shipped separately. Now a week after my camera has arrived I received a 75$ gift card. First off the gift card was for a third party savings website (this was not specified as the deal when purchasing the camera) and second off when I went to enter the code it stated that it was expired or invalid (after numerous attempts to enter the code every which way). Currently waiting on a response from customer service, and hoping I eventually end up receiving the gift card I was guaranteed.

You allowed NewEgg to sell a product for you. :Third Party Vendor" I think is how they worded it. I cancelled my oder because after I downloaded NewEgg's mobile app, and applied the promo code, NewEgg refused to honor the 5% discount. You lost the order, and now you want me to rate your customer service team. NEGATIVE, NEGATIVE, NEGATIVE

I ordered a heater throught Walmart.com and the order apparently was fulfilled by a company called focus camera. The heater that was sent to me was clearly used and out of warranty. I have been trying to get a resolution to this issue, but the customer service (or lack of) has been absoultely HORRIBLE. How long does it take to resolve an issue?!?!? At this point, I am feeling like I have just been scammed.
