Focus Camera - Magento

I order this camera on Nov 26th in order to take photos of my sons wrestling tournament which was his first one ever and my other sons basketball games. Well I have missed both those opportunities due to it being Dec 15th and I still have no camera am so upset and hurt by this. I can't believe I couldn't have been shipped another camera or a refund quicker then 15 days makes no sense what so ever!!!

Yes i order the wrong heater called to chang said couldn't okay fine asked about rebound so she put me to sales the man I talked to was like really I asked him about getting credit so I could reorder I didn't have enough credit on my card until I was crcredited back he told he could not help me about my credit or any thing Elks until I had the credit very rude about it

Couldn't return my item I bought cause it cost to much in postage. So I'm stuck.not happy

the item should last longer and 30 days return is not very long

I ordered a pair of binoculars from Focus Camera on 11-30-16 in the late morning. In the early afternoon, I found out my son no longer needed this item and I wanted to cancel my order. It was the same day, and by all admittance, was my fault. I called and was told I could send it back for a refund. I assumed a full refund, especially since I had to pay my own shipping to send it back. I originally paid 39.99 for the binoculars, paid $12.00 to send them back, and then received $31.20 for the binoculars. I didn't read the return policy. Again my mistake. However, I think my biggest mistake was ordering from this website to begin with! Never, ever, again! If I'd known I'd be paying 20 dollars to send them back, I would have kept the binoculars that came without a case, I might add! Wish I could have given no stars, but unfortunately, that was not an option.
