Focus Camera - Magento

Bought an item from aSavings off Walmart Marketplace. Item was listed as new with certain functionality. Received a refurbished item without functionality. Customer Service rep gave me the run around for a week trying to obtain a return shipping label. Still awaiting refund. Nightmare experience. Would never purchase anything from them again! Stay away!!

I never received the camera I order. Customer services sucks. I am fighting for a refund. They do not seem to comprehend I do not have the program to open the legal affidavit they want filled out. They refuse to work with me and offer other solutions. The tracking for my package only shows electronic notification to the postal service. But they don't know where he package is. Obviously it was never sent.

I placed two orders using gift cards. I never received my order and my gift cards now have $0 balance. Customer service was bouncing me between departments. Now they're saying that these gift cards were previously used. But according to focuscamera website, you cannot place an order with invalid ($0 balance) gift cards. It's been couple of days already, but I still haven't received any response. When I'm through this, I won't be shopping at focuscamera ever again. And I'm sure to tell everyone about the service that I received from focuscamera.

You have the worst customer service I have ever encountered, -and I will never do business with you again.
