Focus Camera - Magento

I spoke to the gentelman ext 8836 I believe ken on 12/22. He assured me that if I ordered by 2 the camera would without a doubt be here before Christmas..well it wasn't and that was the only gift my daughter wanted so I had to race to Target at 10:30pm on Christmas eve to get a camera that was as good because of this. I am very disappointed I would have respected the truth if he would have said it wasn't coming because we even called on 12/23 to confirm again and he said yes.

Walmart online subs to all these sellers then dont back them up if there is a problem with your order. Save yourself time just dont do it!

no customer service follow up??

Never received order and never got support from aSavings to see if it was ever sent.

We bought this camera from Walmart, thinking it would be an easy return if my grandson didn't like it. Before I could give it to him, he received a camera from someone else. I was upset when I found out this was listed on Walmart, but was a 3rd party and I would have to shop it back. I emailed immediately, being promised a response back within a day. It had been a couple days and no response as of yet... with 3 days till Christmas
