Focus Camera - Magento

Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Processes order without permission, charged credit card that was deleted, does not accept walmart gift card. What else could they screw up?

Was promised receiving my camera following day I had 2 events the following two days which I needed it very important it's being as of now a week and a half and have not receiving it yet Tracking not showing anything numerous call customer service saying sorry we can't help you

The Camera is very nice. The customer service was also very good. However I am very disappointed with the policy of charging me 8.38 to return the product. I tried to cancel this order within minutes of ordering it because I ordered the wrong one. I immediately ordered the correct one but they would not let me cancel the wrong one. So it cost me return postage and 8.38 for, I guess processing fee. Guess I will stick with Amazon from now on.

Very unreasonable company. I will NEVER do business with this company EVER again!!!
