Focus Camera - Magento

Worst camera ever. Batteries only last for about 2 or 3 pictures then the screen distorts. Customer service is even worse. Took forever to just get instructions on how to return the camera. Dont waste your time and money and if you do buy this, make sure that you keep every single piece of packaging because they will not except it as a return if you dont.

I ordered a Sony HTXT1 sound base and you sent a HTXT2. I am not happy. I ended up buying an HTXT2,but not from you. At one time I had two XT2. The second came from Amazon before I found the label to return the one you sent.

It's been 10 days & still have not received it yet. Not buying anything from Walmart or Focus Camera. Amazon shipping service is far better

Very disappointed. The description did not match what was shipped to me.

I ordered an item from this site because it was listed as in-stock, whereas the competition had it out-of-stock. After the purchase was made, I received an email with the order number. That was the last time I heard from them for weeks before I finally gave up and called them asking what the status of my order was and whether or not it had been shipped. After being bounced around between reps for 20+ minutes, having to explain my issue every single time, they finally told me it wasn't in-stock and then hung-up on me after I requested to immediately cancel the order. I will not be working with them again.
