Focus Camera - Magento

Never responded, issue still unresolved bought multiple times and spent $X,XXX and they are useles. Will never buy again from here.

I recently ordered a camera from Focus via Amazon, and was trying to register my product. On the Focus website, it required a kit number for registration, but there was no information about a kit number included with my order. I sent multiple messages to Focus customer service with my order number, trying to find out what the kit number was so I could register my product, but never received a response.

I disliked the information provided by the help desk. I had requested a refund due to the inability of receiving the product. When the package was received and processed instead of refunding me they resent the package. I am disappointed with the service provided.

I ordered a helmet and it came late, then the description was not right. It was not adjustable and the size was wrong. costumer service was rude and very unhelpful
