Focus Camera - Magento

I ordered two "new" speakers and they showed up very shop worn with lots of dust and and the box looked like it had been sitting in a dirty warehouse for years. I sent an email to return them and they did not reply promptly so after getting PayPal involved they authorized a return. I sent back to them promptly and a month later had STILL not received a credit! I had to contact them again and I'm waiting for the credit. I would not recommend this company.

I ordered an item on pre-sale. That item has since been released for sale at EVERY OTHER retainer. Focuscamera is unable to tell me when my order will be processed. Must be nice holding onto my money and my purchase. I'll never shop here again.

I am not pleased that I paid full price for a FibBit Blaze and received a used one, the box was dirty the watch clearly showed sign of wear. I sent it back for a refund. I will say your customer help desk (online) was very helpful and wasted no time in getting me the return information required, I was just very disappointed in the product

Order wasn't processed until I contacted customer service for inquiry. Order took 2 weeks to arrive after being placed and paid for online.
