Focus Camera - Magento

I called since I still hadnt received my package after almost 2 weeks last week. I filled out a customer release form so they could act on my behalf. Its been another week and I havent heard a single thing and still no package. boo.

The thermostat will not work in my house as it needs it's own power source. My house is an older one and doesn't have this. My current thermostat uses AA batteries. It would have been helpful to have known this before I purchased as I didn't have time to install until this past weekend and Focus will not allow me to return the item as it's over their 30 day return timeframe.

Focus never responded to my requests and claims I was beyond the 30 day return period..NOT true I have emailed Focus camera and Walmart from the week I received the printer( it is still in the unopened box) and there is a string of e mails to prove it.

After 2 weeks wating , I received the wrong item. The solution was to send it back I won't get my original item because it's out of stock.

Horrible customer service
