Focus Camera - Magento

I never heard from anyone. My phone # is (203)605-8864. I don't want to share on social media as this is not a good review. Other than that, the battery needs to be charged more often than I expected to but the camera is great.

Customer service was very rude and nasty on the phone

I ordered a MeFoto RoadTrip Tripod but they sent me a MeFoto Backpacker Tripod. I asked them for an exchange but they sent me a refund return. I then emailed to ask why I was getting a refund return and not an exchange and I was SPECIFICALLY told that they would exchange it if the correct item was in stock. The correct item was and still is in stock but they "forgot" and just processed the refund. After I reached out they just said it is what it is and did not offer any additional customer service such as a discount for my troubles and/or help with starting a new order WITH assurance that it would be the correct item. All they said was "Sorry that happened" which was more of a "Sucks for you" even after I voiced my displeasure since if I ordered it again I would have to wait even longer and HOPE that they didn't send me the wrong one AGAIN (which was why I was banking on the exchange hoping that by doing an exchange that they would have to look carefully at the item being exchanged and do it correctly).

Never heard back from customer service with my request

I could live without getting the camera when everyone was on vaction but to find out when they finally opened that the camera was not available was when I figured Id never use them again. I had to buy the camera I was looking for somewhere else. Focus did refund the money immediately to PayPal.
