Focus Camera - Magento

while we were away in Italy the lens on my new camera malfunctioned/broke. I had to buy a whole new camera just to replace the lens to continue our long awaited trip which I bought the camera for. I emailed Focus as soon as we returned and was told warranty on this is only 30 days from receiving camera. it was 45 days tops, which if I had emailed from Italy maybe it would have been 38. I am now following up with sony for a replacement.

They took them 2 weeks to process my return

Stay away from this awful customer service. Absolutely awful.

My order arrived with pieces of glasses rattling inside the box due to improper packaging, the oven healing tubes were not cushioned and did not survive the shipment.

We ask for a receiptt supposed to be emailed 3 days ago, didn't get that but got this asking for a review Not Happy At All!
