Lack of communication

Purchased a hearing headset for my 96 year old father that lives in another state. It did not work out, as he became to ill to attempt to use it.. Tried to return to Walmart.. Did not know that I had to send back to you.. Called Walmart.com.. Got a runaround. Finally contacted your company. Needless to say I am stuck with a product I cannot use.. Very dissapointing. Dissatisfied.

Horrible horrible experience. Took the money out of my account and never got the glasses i ordered!!!

You sent me the wrong item,I ask for the item I ordered to be sent instead of a refund.. No you gave me a refund now the Sony bluray / DVD player is out of stock, that was my husbands fathers day gift. I'm not happy I will never order from you again and I will tell my friends the same thing I also told Walmart. How could you get a Sony surfboard mount mixed up with a bluray player now I have to find another gift for my husband. I'm not happy with any of this. You made this awful mistake I believe you should find another Sony bluray/ DVD player and sell it to me for the price I was offered before YOU made this mistake!! Mrs Glenda Lackland
