If this review page offered an option to check zero stars I would do so. We placed our camera battery order through Rakuten. It was supposed to be fulfilled by Focus. The shipping address we entered into the Rakuten website consisted of four lines, all of which were necessary. Focus used three of them when shipping our order. When we discovered the battery hadn’t arrived we contacted Focus. Because we were leaving on an extended trip two days after the discovery we asked for a replacement, to be sent overnight delivery. The representative assured us it could be shipped on time for next day delivery. That same evening Focus sent an email saying it had not shipped in time so a refund was being issued. We are now traveling outside the US without a replacement battery and no way to get one. The responsibility for this fiasco belongs to Focus.

How to rate a order that was never received...

When advertising this item .it should be noted that it does not have internal memory and only a memory stick and the memory stick should be included.

My complaint was that I ordered a kit that was said to include a case (and featured a case in the photo). This was a big reason that I ordered from aSavings. The actual kit did not include a case. Customer service initially responded with a form email that didn't address any of my questions. The second email was still unhelpful. If products are kept up to date on the website, some form of make-goods should be in place for frustrated customers.
