Terrible customer service and return policy! I had to work extra hard to get the refund I was DUE for a defective unit return. Simply horrific experience!

Poor!

Bow Sling was too small. They did not clearly indicate size when buying. And they do not pay for return shipping so it costs me half the price of the thing to ship it back.

I asked for trade-up. I sent my info, got a standard email from them to go put that info on their site. I did that. been a few days, no response. And now I got this review thing. Super late in customer service. I already bought my lens.

I cancelled this transaction seconds after placing it and proceeded to ship anyways. I Refused the package and it's being sent back to original shipping department. I want my money refunded to me immediately and would never refer a friend or family member, I will provide proof if tgats elwhat you need, but either or my money will be refunded by Friday at 5pm the 23rd if June. So please ask any questions, and I'm doing exactly what your message said to do RTS and refuse it. So I did.
