Focus Camera - Magento

First I ordered the product late one night, then I tried to cancel the very next day (within hours of purchase) and the customer service rep tells me that it has already shipped. I knew that was a lie. Turns out that the product didn't ship until two full days after I ordered it. One customer service rep was rude and had no interest in helping me, another kept me on hold for 20 minutes and then hung up on me. When I called back, they were closed. He kept me on hold with no intentions of coming back. Will never purchase anything from here again!!!

Defective warranty website made for failure to obtain $30 rebate on $179 Apple warranty and no assistance offered when requested. Never again...

I ordered a hard drive from the Focus website. I received notification later that the hard drive clearly advertised on the website was not available. I found a similar hard drive on the website and asked if I could receive that one instead, but I received notification again that this other hard drive was not available. Overall, a very frustrating experience (as I communicated in my response to the notifications). I would not recommend Focus to anyone based on my experience.

Can't cancelled my order just 1 minute after it was placed. Took a week to ship just a smartphone. Took me nearly a month to contact the custom service department and return that thing. It was free shipping and still charged 70 dollars from my refund. F****** awesome shopping experience. Will never buy anything from your site again.

Super slow product that said was refurbished.
