Its okay

Buying an extra driver for mac and having issues from the start with glue on the bottom of the monitor. Did sit well with me.

Questionable

The expresso has the possibilities of being a great product. However, I've never had the chance to use it. After many delays, I finally received my 15" screen, but it was damaged (the glass front was not secure). Expresso provided a great response, but it took 3 months to get a new screen. When the new screen finally arrived it was a 13". So now I have to send both screens back to Expresso and wait for them to send a 3rd screen (the correct 15" size). Hoping the 3rd time is a charm....otherwise a 10 minute trip to Best Buy might have been less painful.

Qualität ist okay

Qualität ist okay - es funktioniert. Aber die Verarbeitung des Displays lässt zu wünschen übrig, diese könnte verbessert werden. Und.. man kauft sich schon ein Display und nachdem der Kauf getätigt und ausgeliefert ist kommt die zweite Generation der Displays… da fühlt man sich als Kunde ein wenig ver….

Poor service, fine product, experience not worth recommending

I felt very disappointed in the whole buying journey. The promised shipping time was not met, the accessories purchased with the product were apparently on back-order from your end and this was not communicated with me (but you processed my payment for this anyway). And when I emailed for support, I had no response. I had to message your chatbot on your website to get an answer. Missed opportunity really; I was very inclined to recommend your company (especially being Australian founded) to my business, who are considering brands that could supply bulk hardware to support remote workforces. As a CX and marketing professional, I would highly recommend you take a good look at your customer journey.
