Hi , ordered the screen , took forever to arrive , only to discover the monitor does not work with the latest iPad - after several back and forth emails that took several Days to get a response . Was not obvious in the specs that monitor and Mac software is ONLY for macs ( laptop) or pc . Not compatible with iPad Pro ( which essentially is a Mac Laptop. ). ;( :( ...

Good products but very or impossible to get in contact with the service desk

The marketing is very snazzy, but the product does not live up to it. The build quality isn’t great - the panel at bottom of mine flexes easily and there’s a visible area where it’s not flush to the glass. The brightness is not adjustable, nor very bright. I also bought the MountGo stand, which wobbles annoyingly when the screen is attached to it — just not a good design. Finally, although it’s advertised as a touch screen, on a Mac you have to buy additional software for it to work. On the website it just says “additional drivers required” which is quite normal — but to sell them as a separate product certainly isn’t!

Took over a year to arrive and is a clunky waste of money. They also want to sell lots of add ons like touch screen functionality as if that's something special these days. This was a gift from my wife I'd like to return it so she can get her money back please.
