I wasn't here when delivered but I received the package and I have to say I love the Win Max2 and so far I don't regret anything. I called customer service about 2 or 3 times and each time they gave me a sure answer and knew what they were talking about compared to some of my previous customer service experiences. I do wish they had an optional kayboard cover liek they have for the joystick/game controls would help with not accidentally hitting a key when playing a game and keep the keyboard clean, Overall a 5/5 product with a huge reason for not needing a docking station when stationery like all the other handhelds, plus I can use this for work/school so it's perfect. Box was a little dinged up but the product was safe and came with a screen protector I think the only think I haven't got working is the facial recognition which isn't necessary just a convience (I believe issue has something to do with the camera and not having infrared imaging). Touchpad is north instea dof of south of keyboard which i think keeps it cleaner and it's extremely smooth to use. Honestly, there's very compared to when I originally planned to get the Ayaneo Next 2 and was on the fence about the steam deck due to may or may not being able to run games in my library this runs everything and then emulators. I have to mention the wireless card being high end with less than 1Megabyte difference in speed compared to having a CAT5e connected so no performance lose in that area. I could go on but I just have to say I 100% recommend this if you're on the fence about any of the other handhelds like I was. Maybe only draw back is getting used to the control positions but when you think about all the pros after messing around on it more I highly double you would regret it vs your run of the mill gaming laptops and the current gaming handhelds if you want more than just gaming or just gaming. Best Christmas gift to myself.
